Used Motor Homes
A motorhome (sometimes known as a motor coach) is a self-propelled recreational vehicle (RV) that provides movable living quarters.
Three types of motorhomes can be found on the market.
- Class-A Motorhome (also known as integrated)
A Class A motorhome has the reputation of being the most opulent and expensive vehicle available. It has a robust body and the driving area is included within the basic living quarters. The front window of this type of camper will be huge and spacious, providing a good view of the road and surrounding countryside. Berths can be converted into a lounge or dinette.
- B-class (also known as semi-integrated)
A low profile or semi-integrated motorhome is sometimes known as a Class B motorhome. It's built similarly to a Class C motorhome, with the exception that there are no berths above the cab. As a result, this motorhome has a lower overall height than a Class C. In the back of the car, there is normally a fixed double bed.
- C-Class (also known as alcove)
Coach constructed is another name for a Class C motorhome. It is built on a van or truck chassis with a trailer or caravan-style body. Over the driving cab, there is normally a double berth. The bulk of these RV chasses are made in Europe by Ford and Fiat.
